Made in the Everett factory in Michigan after Yamaha purchased it in 1973 to build their own pianos. Has a Pratt-Read action. A quality US-made brand console. Yamaha had purchased the Everett factory in South Haven, Michigan in 1973 and made Everett AND Yamaha pianos there until 1986 when they moved the production to Georgia for cheaper labor. Therefore this is a great quality, Northern USA made Yamaha piano!
